1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Process

  • Contact our support team with your order details to initiate a return.
  • Once approved, ship the product back to us at your expense.
  • Upon inspection, a refund will be processed (excluding shipping charges).

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
